You must have legal capacity and authority to use the service on behalf of yourself or your organization.

You are responsible for account credentials, API keys, and access controls within your environment.

You must not use AgentWallex for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

You must not attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or policy restrictions.

Service pricing, transaction fees, and settlement terms are defined in your plan or order form.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and reporting obligations in your jurisdiction.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including AML, sanctions, export controls, and data protection laws.

We may suspend access where required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

We work to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

Except where prohibited by law, services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in applicable agreements.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
